The skull is approximately 20-1/2 inches long (back of skull has cracks). This skull has a strong odor. There is a hole in the top of the skull and it has discoloration, as it has not been whitened. Review all photos. This is a real bison (buffalo) skull with horns - not a replica.  It will have natural imperfections caused by the animal living in the wild.
