This is a Genuine African Blesbok Skull Plate, Cap with 16-1/4 and 16-3/8 inches Horns, Damaliscus dorcas phillipsi.    Blesbok horns are measured around the curve of the horn using a cloth tape measure -- NOT straight with a wood ruler.  It was imported from South Africa and cleared for legal entry into the US by the US Fish and Wildlife Department and US Customs.
