Red Cameo Shell, also called a Bullmouth  Helmet, Cypraecassis rufa, measuring approximately 5-3/4 inches tall and 4-1/4 inches wide. Bullmouth helmet shells, or cameo shells, are red colored shells that live mostly in warm waters around the world. Cameo shells of the male may differ from those of females. The bullmouth helmet shell's food consists mainly of sea urchins.
