This is a Preserved Georgia Wild Boar Head with auburn colored fur.  The wild boar head measures approximately 6-3/4 inches long and 4-1/4 inches wide. measured from the nose to the end of the ears.   Oil Seepage is normal.  The head may arrive with a slight oily sheen from the preservative process. Simply allow the piece to sit in a well-ventilated area to dry completely. It will have an odor from the preserving agents used to preserve it that will subside over time. It is Real - Not a Replica.  The back of the head has been rough cut and painted black.
