Five Sanded Cow Horns with a Rustic, Hand Scraped Look and a semi-polished finish. These sanded and semi-polished cow horns with a hand scraped look measure between 9-1/2 inches and 11-3/4 inches, measured around the curve of the horn using a cloth tape measure -- NOT straight with a wood ruler. These are Real Water Buffalo Horns - Not Replicas. They will have natural imperfections. Our cow horns with a rustic look and a semi-polished exterior, will vary in coloring, size and shape. No 2 will be identical. The bone core has been removed and the exterior of the horns have been semi-polished, but will still have some sections with a rough feel and the exterior has a hand scraped natural look. Some of these horns may have a tiny patch at the tip of the horn where a tiny hole was drilled to release the pressure and allow removal of the inner bone. Raw Buffalo horns vary in coloring, size and shape and are used for making animal horn jewelry, in cabin decor, rustic decorating, in making knife and cane handles, for carving, in the art of scrimshaw and in making inlaid instruments.
