Case of 36 Wholesale Large Spotted Tun Shells, called Tonna Tessellata seashells measuring approximately 5 inches for extra large hermit crab homes and for displaying air plants. Spottted tun shells are from the family Tonnidae.  These shells are large, thin, lightweight and have a large mouth opening. They are off white in color with brown spots along their spiral ridges.  Some are pale in color and their spots are barely visible, while others have dark brown spots. They are almost exclusively tropical, prefer deeper water, and feed mainly on fish, sea urchins and crustaceans. Great for displaying in a glass container or basket.  They are a white shell with tiny brown markings along its spiral ridges.
There will be a tag attached "Made in the Philippines" This is a country of origin tag required by the US Customs Department, indicating country of origin.  These are real shells - not replicas.
Our shells are commercial grade. All seashells sold in bulk may contain some shells with tiny holes, chipped edges and natural blemishes
