Four Dried Porcupine Fish for Sale or Porcupine Blowfish with sharp spines.   Our dried preserved porcupine fish will measure between approximately 6 inches and 6-7/8 inches long and will have a hanger for easy display (some may be a little under or over 6 inches).  They have fake wiggly eyes and a seam that runs the length of their body where the meat was removed. They are also also known as balloonfish or globefish.  Porcupine fish have heavy spines over their entire body. They inflate their body to increase their size as a defense mechanism.
