Extra Large Natural Kudu Horn measuring 46 inches, around the curl of the horn and 36-1/2 inches measured straight with a ruler. ( 1 inch diagonal slit in mouth of horn. Review all photos carefully. You are buying this one) This is from the African Greater Kudu, Tragelaphus strepsiceros. This is a real Natural, Unpolished Kudu Horn - not a replica. It will have natural imperfections from the animal living in the wild, fighting and aging. May have tiny holes or scrapes that may need to be repaired. Kudu horns are used to make shofars or blowing horns, sconces, lamps, furniture legs, knife handles and cane handles, and in numerous other taxidermy crafts. No 2 are identical. Some have a tighter curl than others.
