47 and 48 inches Large Kudu Horns on Skull Plate, measured around the curl of the horns (33 inches measured straight with a wood ruler) (Tragelaphus strepsiceros). Back of skull plate has cracks. Carefully review all photos. You are buying this one. The kudu horns are measured around the curl of the horn using a cloth tape measure -- NOT straight with a wood ruler. The horns are removed from the skull plate for shipping and can easily be reattached. This is a Real Kudu Skull Plate with Horns - NOT a Replica. It will have imperfections from living in the wild, fighting an aging. Greater kudus, Tragelaphus strepsiceros, are found in Eastern and Southern Africa. The kudu's horns are spiral shape.
