Lynx Cowry Shells for Sale for seashell art and crafts, also called the Eyed Cowry, Lyncina lynx, a species of sea snail in the family Cypraeidae, the cowries. These shiny lynx cowry shells measure from approximately 1-1/4 inches to 2-1/2 inches in length and are sold in bags of 100, 500 and in a bulk pack of 1000.  They vary greatly in size and patterns. Their lynx cowry shell is smooth and shiny and varies in color from beige to light purple or grey and is densely covered with small and large dark brown or purple dots. The large spots are extended to the edges.
